Today I heard this saying at work. It is a devastating and totally accurate way to describe something that time had been thinking: what is the best size for an oriental dance company.
A company, such as a musical group, may have three formats. The simplest is that the leader and the rest obey commands. The leader is not necessarily the star of the show: either the producer or choreographer. It depends. Oriental dance company where it is clear can be any size. Another thing is since the money: if there is a company of girls, and they will make money, or we as a percentage of profits and I know what's mine from day one, or I put a paycheck. The second way is a bit more complicated. The group has a leader but as there are components with a particular talent, style Bellydance Superstar because everyone is entitled to his moment of glory. The third way is the most complicated of all: the group in which everyone has a voice. Nobody obeys anyone. All decisions are taken by consensus or democratic. And at the same time, as everyone can decide, there are no bosses and no one commands. The latter format is the logical and normal for dancers who have met in class and are friends.
